Welcome to the Brass City! This is a private room with a full bathroom on the 2nd floor of a mansion in the Hillside Historic District. There's a private staircase leading directly to the room, and an elevator is also available. The mansion is centrally located in the Brass City (Waterbury): 0.5 miles to downtown 1 mile to Saint Mary's Hospital 1.4 miles to Waterbury Hospital 2 miles to the Brass Mill Mall 2.9 miles to La Bella Vista 4.6 miles to Aria's wedding venue

Good to know

The carpeted room comes with a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a writing desk. For your comfort, there's a portable AC in the summer and a portable heater in the winter, in addition to the home's central heating. A pullout bed is available on request for a third guest (shown in the listing photos). Laundry is available in the basement. There's an elevator available that reaches the 2nd floor. This room is reached by its own private staircase. We offer weekly and monthly discounts, which apply automatically when you book for the qualifying length of stay.
