It has a private bathroom with a washer/dryer, sink, and shower; the toilet is shared in the general bathroom. The mansion is centrally located in the Brass City (Waterbury): 0.5 miles to downtown 1 mile to Saint Mary's Hospital 1.4 miles to Waterbury Hospital 2 miles to the Brass Mill Mall 4.6 miles to Aria's wedding venue

Good to know

The room includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, a writing desk, and a walk-in closet. For your comfort, there's a portable AC in the summer and a portable heater in the winter, in addition to the home's central heating. There's an elevator available. A pullout bed is available on request for a third guest (shown in the listing photos). No eating/drinking in the bedroom, office or the living room. Only people who are on the reservation can be at the house at any time - day or night. No smoking INSIDE the property. $400 fee will be charged to your card if any indoor smoking is detected No shoes inside the house, specifically on hardwood and carpet. Leave your shoes on the shoe rack at the door. No incense, candles, or open flames of any kind in the house! Clean as you go! Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom or any shared space. No personal/valuables items in common spaces. Quiet hours 11pm - 9am every day
